Support
We read every message.
GritKeep is built by one person, so support is direct: you email, and I answer.
Get in touch
Email [email protected] for anything: a bug, a plan that looks wrong, a feature you want, or a question about your data. Including your iPhone model and iOS version helps when something is broken.
Common questions
The coach built a plan I cannot do. Tell it so, in chat. Say what is wrong (an injury, missing equipment, not enough time) and it will rebuild the plan around that. You can also change training days, session length, and equipment in Plan Settings, and the plan updates when you leave the screen.
Plan generation is taking a while. Building a plan takes roughly 20 to 45 seconds because a model is writing it from your specifics. If it fails, you will get a Try again button that reuses your answers rather than restarting setup.
Coaching says it is unavailable. The AI provider is briefly down or busy. Your plan, workout logging, and history all keep working. It normally clears within a minute or two.
Apple Health is not importing anything. GritKeep only reads Health data you have explicitly granted, and only reads, never writes. If your Health app has no weight or workout history yet, there is nothing to import and you can enter details manually. You can review permissions in the Health app under Sharing then Apps.
How do I delete my account? Account settings, then Delete account. It permanently removes your account and all server-side data: profile, plans, workouts, measurements, food logs, progress photos, and coaching memory. It cannot be undone.
Is my health data private? Yes. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and HealthKit data is never stored in iCloud. The Privacy Policy details what is collected and where it lives.
Something hurts
Stop. GritKeep offers general fitness guidance, not medical advice, and cannot see your form or your body. If you feel chest pain, dizziness, or pain that feels like injury rather than effort, stop training and speak to a doctor.
